Medici Investment Management Inc. ("MIMI," "we," "us") operates this website at mimi.markets (the "Site"). This policy describes what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: legal@mimi.markets.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you join the waitlist or request information, we collect what you submit: name, email address, country or jurisdiction, investor type, and your responses to optional questions (such as potential allocation range, timing, and your involvement with the Monad network). If you request early-access ("founders class") information, we record that request, including the exact language shown to you and the time of your request. If you later provide a digital wallet address, expected funding information, or correspondence, we collect that too.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site or submit a form, we automatically record technical and contextual information: the date and time of your visit and submissions, the page and referral source that brought you here (including campaign parameters), which action you took, the version of the Site's disclosures in force at the time, your IP address, and the country it indicates. We use this to operate the Site, to maintain accurate records of what was shown and requested, and as a preliminary jurisdiction signal.

Public blockchain information. If you provide a wallet address, we may review publicly available blockchain information associated with that address (for example, asset balances and transaction history) to assess readiness and for compliance purposes. Blockchain data is public by nature and is not created or controlled by us.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to: respond to your requests and provide the information you asked for; assess jurisdiction and eligibility; prioritize and administer early-access interest; communicate with you about the vault and, where you separately consent, about future MIMI products; maintain records of requests, disclosures, and communications for legal and compliance purposes; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf: website hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), data storage (Supabase), and email and productivity (Google Workspace). If you are invited to onboard as a prospective investor, your information will be shared with our onboarding and compliance partners, which may include an investor-portal and vault-infrastructure provider (Ember), an identity-verification provider, and our fund administrator, each of which processes information under its own obligations. We may also share information with our professional advisers (legal, accounting), with affiliates involved in operating MIMI, and where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Retention

We retain waitlist and request records — including the disclosure versions shown to you, the language of any early-access request, and related correspondence — for as long as necessary for the legal and compliance purposes for which they were created, which may extend beyond the closing of the waitlist or your withdrawal from it.

5. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from communications at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to legal@mimi.markets. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; we will honor requests except where retention is required for the compliance purposes described above, and we will tell you if that is the case. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law; write to legal@mimi.markets to exercise them.

6. International transfers

We operate globally; your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the providers listed above. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we apply them.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses only the cookies and local storage necessary to operate (including the Site's access protection). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be noted on the Site. Records of which policy version was in force at the time of your interactions are retained.
